Thank you, Monika, for this important post! I have shared it, because in Germany we have the same problem, thanks to the EU with its Digital Services Act. It is also a main issue of our Federal Government, but only comparatively few intellectuals seem to be bothered.
Thanks for sharing! When it comes to draconian anti free speech laws, Canada gets top prize. Ours are the most nightmarish and if I think about what that means, I literally lose it. Germany is not far behind us...and actually, enforcing them. We're in an existential struggle.
