About the topic: I am firmly convinced that an eternal life wouldn't be very pleasant, and anyway wouldn't be in line with the eternal principle of "Werden und Vergehen" (growth and decay), which - as I believe - is the basic principle of the whole universe. So, probably the best remedy for enduring ageing with grace will be a big portion of humour...
